RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We realize that exchanges will be made due to ordering the wrong size or color. Your satisfaction is important to us. With in 30 days of your purchase, we can help to resolve your issues. In the event that an exchange is needed, products can be returned using the directions below.

Returns/Exchanges

All unworn merchandise, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Exchanges do not have a restocking fee however, there is a 15% restocking fee for a refund. If a customer requests an exchange for a product we no longer offer, the 15% restocking fee is waived.

*NOTE: shipping and delivery charges are NOT refundable.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

To exchange products customers are asked to do the following:
1. Pack all applicable products in their original state into your own packaging
2. Include either the packing slip that came with your order or a copy of the original
3. On the exchange form please state your request.
4. Please send the package to the address stated on the exchange form.

Upon reciving your package it will be inspected. If an exchage is requested we will cover the cost of re-shiping your new order. If a refund is requested, it will be refunded to your credit / debit card or your Pay Pal account. This process may take up to 21 days depending on the shipping methods used and your distance from our facilities.

*NOTE: It in your best interest to purchase delivery conformation and, or insurance when returning products. Flyasiclothing.com is NOT responsible for items lost by the delivery service you have chosen.
