Sales Tax 

Currently, New York State does not require retailers to collect sales tax on any individual clothing item valued under $110. Even if your total order goes beyond $110, the sales tax only applies to individual items that are worth $110 or more.

General Shipping Information

Most order are shipped within 3 business days however, certain items will delay your order as noted on the product description page. If you need an order by a specific date please state that date in the CUSTOMER NOTES section while checking out. You can help expedite your order by creating a customer account. This can be done before placing an order or during checkout. Using the same address for billing and shipping as well as providing a phone number that is on file with your credit card company will reduce the chance of a transaction decline. Alternate shipping addresses may cause order delays.

Any address correction requested after an order has been processed for shipment may incur a surcharge depending on the delivery service. If an order is returned to Fly As I by a carrier for any reason, a restocking fee may be charged.

Delivery Time

Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes for payment authorization, order processing and actual transit time. In addition, delivery schedules are subject to circumstances beyond control such as weather conditions. Once your package is in route, delivery time vary by distance. Additional Information

We reserve the right to substitute a carrier if the substitute will arrive in the same or less time. For example, all shipments to APO/FPO box addresses must be sent via USPS. Also, some rural locations require USPS to avoid delays and additional fees from most major carriers.

The price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be charged, plus shipping and handling.
